Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within one hundred (100) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, products may be returned in opened or unopened packages, provided the item itself is unused and not consumed. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened used bottles, used products, or items that appear to be tampered with. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending your return.


How to Start a Return

After you contact us, we will review your request and provide the full return instructions. A return authorization is required before mailing any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or rejected.

When contacting us, please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return so we can process your request faster.

Please do not send returns to the return address without contacting us first and receiving return approval.


Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • You must obtain return approval first before shipping the product back.

  • You must use a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

  • You must provide us with the tracking number once your return has shipped so we can monitor and confirm delivery.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if no valid tracking information is provided.

  • Returned items must match what was approved for return. If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly. In many cases, we may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received at our return address, it will go through an inspection to confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return is delivered for inspection and approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • After the refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement or in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Deep Dive and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by us.

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a return is received and the item is found to be used, consumed, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not eligible, the refund will not be issued.
